Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 6, 2026
1. Purpose of the Site
This Site is a professional portfolio created to present selected examples of creative work, experience and capabilities. It does not sell products, process payments or provide user accounts.
The projects shown may include work created independently, collaboratively, under commission, or for agencies and their clients. The extent of our involvement may vary between projects and may include brand identity, art direction, photography, videography, packaging, social media, web design, environmental design, motion or UI/UX design.
2. Permitted Use
You may access and view the Site for lawful, personal and professional reference purposes only.
You must not:
Copy, reproduce, download, distribute or commercially use material from the Site without permission.
Present any work displayed on the Site as your own.
Use the Site in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of another person or organisation.
Attempt to interfere with the operation, security or availability of the Site.
Use automated tools to scrape, collect or reproduce Site content without written permission.
We may restrict access to the Site where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
3. Portfolio Work and Intellectual Property
The design, structure, written content and original material created specifically for this Site are owned by or licensed to Ignatia Belle or Boast Studio, unless otherwise stated.
Featured projects may contain intellectual property owned by the relevant agency, client, collaborator, photographer, illustrator, type designer or other rights holder. Certain work may have been commissioned, sold, assigned or licensed to those parties and is displayed solely as an example of our professional contribution.
Displaying a project on this Site does not transfer ownership or grant visitors permission to reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially use any part of that project.
All client names, trademarks, logos, product names and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Credits and Project Information
We aim to describe our role accurately and provide relevant credits where appropriate. Portfolio descriptions are intended as concise summaries and may not identify every person or organisation involved in a project.
The inclusion of client or agency work does not necessarily imply an ongoing relationship, partnership or endorsement.
If you believe a credit is missing or any material has been displayed inaccurately, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
